Good LCD monitor brands?

Well this evening i turned off my LCD monitor and it seems the power on is stuck and chances are I'm gonna have to pry it off and try ot turn it on with a screwdriver or something. Soo it looks like i'm in the market for a new monitor. Any suggestions would be great. perhaps suggest some good brands or maybe some features i should really look for. Its been a while since I've bought an LCD monitor so I don't know what kinds of things they have nowadays. Since black friday is coming up, amazon or best buy might have some good deals online so i might get lucky if you suggest a good brand or something. I think about 20"-24" should suit me fine. I would like to keep it under 200$ but I have a feeling I'm gonna spend over it probably.
