I want to become an occupational therapist... I want to minor in Psych. or Sociology, what do you think?

A minor is just a minor, it isn't going to make a darn bit of difference in the long run. If I were you I'd major and minor in the courses you will need to get into med school that you are going to have to take anyway to get into that particular program. Usually these are biology and chemistry. And many premed students DON"T major in Psych, at least not the ones who actually get accepted.
