How to become a faster runner?

The Best thing is you want to get your legs stronger but you want to keep a light touch when running on a rough surface like Gr. Mountain Climbers, Squats (jumps), and Lunges and some of the best things to keep your legs strong. Squat jump are when you get in squat form and jump as high up as you can, try to reach the sky. But when you get to landing, land as soft as you possibly can and do that for 20-30 seconds take a 10-20 second break and repeat 3 times.
