How would i know if my moped needs a ignition coil or carburetor blown out?

You can check the spark on a moped by pulling the spark plug, holding it close to the engine block, and cranking. If you get a spark (dont get shocked!) you have spark. If it is running rough, wont idle, or wont reach top end, it is a sign your carb may need adjustment or cleaning.
