Does he like me or not?

ok well there's this kid who plays on my brothers football team and he went swimming with us once and its seemed like he was flirting(he was fallowing me around and splashing me and trying to get me to chase him) my brothers think he likes me and when i go to his games hes always trying to either walk by me, get as close to me as possible while practicing,and when hes on the field hes always looking to see if im watching...he looks at me ALL the time and as soon as i look at him he looks away really fast...please help!
