HIV ?!?!? Terrified !?

I did the most stupid thing and I guess I have HIV now. I was at a hotel resort and I opened the minibar and saw 2 syringes....they looked like insulin syringes and they were loaded and capped.out of curiosity, I uncapped the needle to check it....then I recapped it again. I was very careful not to stick myself and I am pretty sure I didnt. but now I am thinking about it...maybe I jabbed myself without noticing....and the needle had hiv blood....could it happen?
