I really want to study at uni but im scard if im not smart enough or my english is not good enough?

my highest qualification is Level 2 in english literacy and i have quite good english knowledge but im not confident enough i want to study psychology or pharmacy .anyone have any suggestions of what to do please or how to get a decent degree. im 24 by the way..any response appreciate it
