Is Astral Projection Real?

I remember just 3 times I did not have any control over it or any thought of trying to do it. It just happened. The most notable is when I found myself standing on a curb by some bushes . I was looking at a trailer house that I knew instinctively to be that of my sisters ( I live on the east coast, she lives in the south west) I have never been there and I rarely spoke to her (she didn't have a phone). I heard the kids talking and I heard her yelling for them to go to bed. I could see their shadows through the curtains.I remember looking around trying to get every detail I could. When I woke up I wrote everything down. When she finally called me up she confirmed everything I saw. How would I know that she lived on a corner lot and across the street from a fenced in scrap yard? I have heard on average we astral project 2 times a week most of the time we don't remember.
