My car chugs when i come to a stop.?

It also has a problem with the gas pedal sticking when i first take off and it shakes a bit while driving down the road. Its a 93 ford tempo. Any one have any ideas? Also the speedometer don't work no more. Please help. Any info on these would be helpful. Especially the chugging. It worries me.
