My mom got me an abstinence/purity ring and im not a virgin?

so i lost my virginity when i was 13 and im 14 right now.My mom doesn't know i had .So my grandmas a strong christan and she bought me a purity ring but im ually active so i cant wear it.I don't know what to do cause i got it last week and everyday my mom check's if im wearing it but i don't want to wear it so i don't.Should i just tell my mom im having and im not gonna wear the ring?What should i do?
