Possible implantation bleeding and pregnancy?

Im on b.c for irregular periods...two weeks before my period was scheduled, according to my b.c pack, i accidently missed 4 pills....which is totally my fault obviously...well we had two-three times each day for those 4 days, each time he came inside me....now the way my b.c is set up, i have 3 weeks of blue pills and 1 week of white...my "period" came finally on thurs of my white pills which start on sunday..it only lasted about 3-4 days. hardly any cramping and it was light...nothing like what i usually have....its now been 3 weeks since my "period" and i have been experiencing 'early pregnancy symptoms' ie not to be all TMI but my are swollen and full. my fiance cant touch them or anything...my stomach as been up, and im not really able to stomach much...tho i havent thrown up, i have been very nauseous....i have also been very tired and moody..i almost feel sleep in cl earlier today and i got almost a full nights rest....my next 'period' is due to start in 6 days..im wondering if i took a preggo test would the b.c alter the results?? or should i wait till sunday when i start the white ones to test?? im really nervous and i havent talked to my fiance or my parents yet....I have done some research and from what i have found, it seems that all signs and symptoms turn to pregnancy. im just wondering if anyone else is going through the same thing or if anyone has any advice. :) please and thanks would be nice! oh and please dont judge. im mid 20's and a baby we would both be wonderfully happy with. :D
