Question about condom breakage?

Can one tell if a condom is broke by looking a the condom on after . I had with this female and after words i looked at the condom dry and tight on my . Does that pretty much mean that the condom was not broke???????? I read that condoms can have micro. holes in then how is that so if the condom is suppose to fit tight around the , i mean wouldnt it break completely, for all the in and out ing going on?????
