I am into dream ysis, so I suggest you get a book and see if you can interpet some of these dreams, although I agree with you they are very vivid. Are you on any medication for your bipolar, maybe this is causing these vivid dreams. I love your mum's idea of becoming a writer, just imagine what you could write. But possibly the best suggestion I can give you is that maybe you should consult a doctor and check your medication, or maybe there is something they can give you to help you relax more and get a better night sleep.
