Should I be wary of this job?

Well, for starters I think you need to think about what is most important to you at this moment- making a difference(if you think you can) or making better money. I know many very well educated people who make WAY less than what they should because they opted to go for the "help save the world" job instead of "help my bank account grow" job. Also equally important, can you see yourself making a difference in this position and helping to improve the school. Can you see yourself wanting to help make a difference and improve the school. The school may not be flourishing now but maybe you can be the spark that sets a fire, you know. You can use your skills and education to help the school grow and have programs so that the students will use the library for more than playing on the internet. Maybe you can incorporate reesearching cles into this somehow. If you think that in a month you will be bored and tired then maybe you should let those that hired you know so that they can offer someone else this position.
