WHEN YOU LOOK AT A TEENAGER, DO YOU SEE A CHILD OR ADULT?!?

OK so the law doesn't give them adult responsibilities, but when you look at a teenager you dont see a kid....you dont talk down to them with sweetness does that make sense?. When teens try to do adult things, they are restricted and told "to stop trying to mature" quickly but when they act like children they are told that they are "immature"..WELL PICK SOMETHING DAMMIT!! DO YOU LOOK INTO OUR EYES AND SEE A CHILD, NAIVE AND INNOCENCE.....OR AN ADULT, WISE AND AWARE.
