Youth Group Fundraisers?

My youth group is going on a mission trip this summer and we have to raise $8,000. We are in desperate need of money, and we are tired of doing all the same fundraisers over and over. We've already sold cookbooks, and have done a Valentine's Banquet. If you have any ideas, please tell me.
