Super absorbency tampons on light days?

Okaay soo,, my mom isnt home and the only tampons we had were super absorbent. but its a really light day. so i obviously put it on and ive had it in for..uhmm..6 hours i think? i feel fine. am i at risk? ok wait, that was a stupid question. of course im at risk. just...give me your opinions on this...please be nice(: thaanks peepz:D
