Will this make my spots worse ?!?

I have recently asked about nail varnish remover affecting my spots and now.. ive seems to use nail varnish(clear) on my spots and they seem to just dry up and die, then the spots which are raised from the skin and are red and what not reduce within seconds.. will it make them worse if i use it too much ?
