Healthy, Crunchy Sweets?

You could snack on some fruits. There are filled with just as much sugar as candy, but the healthy kind of sugar. Or, you could make some fruit pops or bars by freezing some fruits. Fruit smoothies are also very healthy and delicious. Frozen fruit is delicious to eat, and tastes like candy. There are many options with different types of fruits.
